This Evensong has as its Introit and Anthem two pieces written for the Choir in the last decade. Robin Holloway wrote his setting of Psalm 121 for Andrew Nethsingha, our Director of Music, when he took up his post at St. John's. Similarly, the MacMillan Anthem in this service was commissioned by the Master and Fellows for the College's Quincentenary in 2011.
