Evensong in Memory of John Gavin Scott L.V.O. (1956-2015)

This memorial evensong included first performances of two new works written specially for the service. The first item of the service was a new setting of text from the Requiem mass by Jonathan Bielby (Organ Student 1963-67). David Hill (Director of Music 2003-07 and Organ Student 1976-80) composed a setting of God be in my head, sung at the end of the service.
